The Indian Common Clubtail dragonfly, Ictinogomphus rapax, is found all over India. It's a large yellow and black coloured dragonfly with bluish-grey eyes. It has yellow or greenish-yellow stripes.
I found it in
Madurai, sitting still on a small twig near small water body. It has a majestic
look, especially when the sun is falling on it.
