The common grass yellow, Eurema hecabe, is a small butterfly species found in Asia, Africa and Australia. They are found flying close to the ground and are found in open grass and scrub habitats.
Photographing a flying Grass Yellow is almost an impossible task, for they fly zigzagged and fast. I was adamant to get one while its wings are open because all their special beauty is on their upper side of the wings. it has designs of coffee brown colour.
